The firm manages both private property portfolios, offering services to owners of several properties, and buildings and residential complexes held in co-ownership.
Located in the centre of Merano, in a strategic position for managing and monitoring the various properties, our office is easy to reach and offers clients a professional welcome.
Building records are managed in full compliance with current regulations, with orderly filing and secure storage for ten years. Documents are kept in protected rooms equipped with security and alarm systems to safeguard their integrity. Owners can always consult the records, by appointment, in a transparent and accessible way.
Owners’ meetings
The firm has a fully equipped meeting room dedicated to owners’ meetings.
Modern technology allows meetings to be held in person, in hybrid form or entirely online, ensuring, wherever possible, maximum flexibility and participation.
Our mission
To help reduce CO2 emissions, Studio Zadra has committed to an eco-friendly approach: we keep the use of paper to a minimum, favour digital media and use only recycled or environmentally certified products. Our electricity, too, comes from a 100% green supplier.
