He is the author of two technical handbooks, one on IT security (link) and one on data protection (link) in buildings, as well as numerous articles published in specialist trade journals.
He has solid expertise in property taxation, with particular focus on tax deductions and incentives.
A member of ANACI (the Italian National Association of Condominium Administrators), he sits on its provincial research centre. He also holds the UNI 10801 certification.
He advises on drafting and managing lease agreements, as well as on building matters and property sales.
